Signature Energy Work Sessions

The Harbor Reset  Reiki · Pressure Point Techniques · Warm Aromatic Oil 

The Harbor Reset is a full journey through the body's energy centers. Beginning face down, Reiki is offered with light touch along the spine to settle the nervous system. You then turn face up and we work from crown to toe, weaving together warm aromatic oil, gentle pressure point techniques to the head, face, hands, and feet, with crystal placement to support energetic restoration. Please note that oil is applied to the scalp and hair during this session. You are welcome to bring a hair tie or head covering for afterward if you prefer.

Offered fully clothed — a tank top is recommended so shoulder straps can be moved aside with ease. 

Prefer little or no oil? The use of oil can be modified or omitted if needed. Please inform your practitioner prior to the session. 

90 min — $125 | 120 min — $150

The Jetty  Reiki · Pressure Point Techniques  · Crystal Work

A stream-lined, but still well rounded, version of the Harbor Reset. An oil-free session offered fully face up, The Jetty blends a full Reiki session with gentle pressure point techniques to the head, hands, and feet, and crystal placement throughout.

Focused Energy Work Sessions 

The Lighthouse   Reiki · Crown & Upper Chakra Focus · Warm Aromatic Oil 

A full Reiki session with intentional attention on the upper energy centers. Gentle pressure point techniques to the scalp, face, and ears, with warm aromatic oil to soften tension and encourage release.  A tank top is recommended so shoulder straps can be moved aside with ease. Please note that oil is applied to the scalp and hair during this session. You are welcome to bring a hair tie or head covering for afterward if you prefer.  Oil can be partially or fully omitted upon request. The Lighthouse offers a steady point of return when the mind is feeling stormy.

Especially supportive for: headaches, anxiety, mental overwhelm, difficulty quieting the mind, tension held in the jaw and face.

60 min — $90 | 90 min — $125

The Biddeford Pool  Reiki · Heart-Centered Focus · Gentle Hand Work

A full Reiki session with tender focus on the heart. Gentle pressure point techniques to the hands, heart-centered crystals, and aromatherapy. The Biddeford Pool creates a quiet, supported environment for whatever needs tending. 

Especially supportive for: grief, loss, heartbreak, caregiver fatigue, emotional exhaustion, life transitions.

60 min — $90

The Anchor Reiki · Root & Grounding Focus · Gentle Foot Work 

A full Reiki session with focused attention on the root chakra. Gentle pressure point techniques to the feet, grounding aromatherapy, and stabilizing crystal placement. The Anchor brings you back to earth.

Especially supportive for: anxiety, disconnection, anyone feeling overwhelmed or ungrounded.

60 min — $90

Add-Ons 

(available after your Energy Work session)

30-Minute Tarot — $15 Together we draw from tarot and oracle cards to receive further guidance and insight as an extension of your session. Readings are a tool for self-reflection. Please note that I am still deepening my tarot practice, and my pricing reflects that.

45-Minute Tarot & Tea — $20 All of the above, plus a warm, calming cup of tea to help you ground, reflect, and return to yourself before stepping back out into the world.

Each service can be modified to client preference. Please reach out if you have a special request. 

Please allow an additional 15 minutes beyond your appointment time for an intake conversation and a brief check-in before we begin.

Wellness practitioners, healthcare workers, and veterinary medicine professionals receive $10 off a 60-minute or longer session as a thank you for the work you do.
